Sammi's new album "Shocking Pink" sales record is very good, it reached to 100,000 copies. Yesterday, Warner Music Company released a second version of the Shocking Pink album. The 2nd version album included 2 MTVs, which is Sammi's upcoming concert's theme song "螢光粉紅" and TVB's Armed Reaction III's theme song "人間定格". In the "Shocking Pink" MTV, Sammi dress in all pink, even her hair is pink. Sammi was going to dye her hair pink, but she had to bleach the hair first. The hairstylist said it will hurt the hair a lot. So the hairstylist make a pink color long hair wig that look like real for Sammi. In the MTV, there are 8 dancers that dress in sexy pink clothes and there are 30 other actors in it too. Sammi invite her friend Cheung Man Wah to be the director of this MTV, it takes almost 12 hours to shoot the MTV and it cost around 6 digits of HK money. Wow, this MTV must be really good, how do you think of Sammi with pink hair?

Warner Music Company help Chen Fai Yeung to release an album, he is a excellent song writer who wrote the hit song "K song king" by Eason Chen and Sammi's "Forever Beauty". The album contains 14 songs in piano version that are wrote by Chen Fai Yeung. It includes Sammi's 2 hit song "Forever Beauty" and "How the tears drop" in piano version. Also there are GiGi Leung, Faye Wong, and Joey Yung's songs, etc.

Sammi will be shooting a new drama called "The Monkey King" with a lot of big stars such as: Dicky Cheung, Nicholas Tse, Andy Hui, Edmond Leung, and much more. See the picture at the left of Sammi's look in the drama and the chart of drama's actors and actresses.

August 19th is Sammi's 29th birthday. At that day, Sammi needs to practice dancing for the upcoming concert. Sammi appear at 8 O'clock at night. There are a lot of fans waiting for Sammi since 5 O'clock and they make her a birthday cake. When they see Sammi, they want to give the cake to her and wish her a happy birthday. But Sammi didn't care or look at them, Sammi just keep walking. When she saw all the reporters, she use a handkerchief to cover her face and keep walking with the dancers. Sammi is really not in a good mood, she only say thank you when the reporters wish her a happy birthday, she wouldn't answer any other questions. Sammi's fans was very angry that Sammi didn't care about them and didn't look at them. So they were yelling at the reporters and they say Sammi and Andy Hui already broke up and they also curse at the reporters. They were blaming the reporters. But after 2 hours of practice for dancing. At 10 O'clock, Sammi's mood was 180 degree changed. She walk out with a smile on her face, she smile and said she was very happy that she receive so many gifts from her fans. Then Sammi quickly get on her friend, Marianne's BMW car and went home. Sammi's 29th birthday can be consider very lonely and unhappy one, because no one know what happen between Andy and Sammi. They both didn't celebrate each other's birthday and those rumors keep saying they are breaking up, but no one know that's true or not. Sammi work through her birthday, and no friends appear to celebrate Sammi's birthday. But anyway, there are always a family who cares about Sammi.

According to the reports from the reporters. Sammi had earned over $3000 thousands this year. Sammi's 3 movies, "Wu Yen", "Fighting For Love" and "Love on a Diet" earned about $550 thousands. Sammi's 3 commercials, SK-II, Keep fit Series, and His & Her coffee earned about $1100 thousands. Sammi's 2 albums, "Complete" and "Shocking Pink" earned about $600 thousands. At last, Sammi's upcoming concerts earned about $800 thousands. Sammi said her concert might add 2 more shows. Sammi's album "Shocking Pink" sales record beats Kelly Chen and Aaron Kwok's album sales. The "Shocking Pink" album already sold 90,000 copies.

Sammi's Shocking Color Concert 2001 will held on September 7th to the 14th. Sammi attended the press conference yesterday. Sammi said she don't want to be so skinny as her old concerts before. She wanted to gain weight and she already gained 5 pounds. She also wanted to look muscular like Madonna, so now she is working hard in the gym, just to have muscles. In this concert, Sammi will give the audience a new look. So she invited Dee to be her image director. Sammi took 10 days off and she went to Paris. She also buy her concert clothes there. Sammi said all the clothes cost up to 6 digits of HK money. For the concert stage design, they will put crystals all over the stage and it cost around $300 thousands. Sammi really want Andy Hui to be her guest for the concert, but she don't know if Andy had time or not. LMF will also be Sammi's concert guest.

China Star released 12 five feet tall, 3 dimensional "Love on a diet" autographed poster that sells in HK for $2,500 each, and limited only can buy 4.

In the 2001 CCTV-MTV Music Award Presentation presented at Beijing, China. Sammi won the award of Hong Kong's most popular female singer. In the award presentation, Sammi, Na Ying and Yan Zi performed 3 different version of Teresa Tang's famous song "I only care about you". Sammi sing the R&B version, Yan Zi sing the dance version and Na Ying sing the original version.

Sammi shoot a second version of SK II commercial. Sammi wears a white dress in the commercial. Sammi said in the Taiwan's SK II commercial, it will be different than the one in HK, because she will wear a tuxedo and a tie.

The Modern beauty salon invited Sammi to be their [Keep Fit Series] representative. Sammi will shoot a commercial for it, and the contract is 2 years, the remuneration is $1000 thousands. Sammi went to the press conference yesterday, Sammi wears a Sport Max dress. Sammi said the remuneration is very good and this commercial is very interesting to her. She also said she is very satisfy with her body, there are no reason to change it.

On July 20th, Sammi will be attending the MMH Award Presentation at Peking, China. It is held by the Chinese Central TV Station and the MTV Station. The three singer that represent Warner are Sammi, Na Ying and Yan Zi. They will sing a duet of Teresa Tang's famous song "I only care about you".

Sammi's movie "Love on a Diet" had released in HK Cinema for just 12 days, but the box office had already reach up to $3000 thousands. Andy Lau and Sammi was very happy about it. They attended the celebration party of "Love on a Diet". "Love on a Diet" beat the box office of "Pearl Harbor" and "The Mummy Return", I think soon it will reach the record of "Needing You".

At the TVB's Second Quarter of Jade Solid Gold Award Presentation, Sammi won the award of The Most Popular Duet Song, "Love is........" duet with LMF. But Sammi didn't attend the award Presentation, I think she was busy.

Sammi and Andy Lau attend the HK 2001 Blockbuster award yesterday at the planet Hollywood restaurant. Sammi won the Most Popular Actress award for her acting in the movie "Needing You" and "Summer Holiday". Andy Lau won the Most Popular Actor award for his acting in the movie "Needing You" and "A Fighter's Blue". The award result are voted by the Hong Kong and Taiwan audience. Sammi was very happy she won the award, because this is her first acting award. Sammi said if she have to pick which movie she like, "Needing You" or "Love on a Diet". She would pick "Love on a Diet", because she work a lot harder in that movie and she learn so hard to act like a fat woman's action. For the movie "Fighting For Love", even Sammi and Tony Leung are not familiar with each other, but Sammi said they are very comfortable of working together. Sammi wish to work with Tony again. "Love on a Diet" will be this Summer's No.1 box office movie, because it beat the Hollywood movie "Pearl Harbor".

Sammi's movie "Love on a Diet" had only released in Hong Kong about one week, but the box-office already going up to $1534 thousands. It is currently the No. 1 movie in box- office. It beats the Hollywood movie "Pearl Harbor". Sammi's other movie "Fighting For Love" had released about 18 days, the box-office are currently $1585 thousands. Even through its gross are not good as "Love on a Diet", but in the box-office, it is the No. 4 movie. It considers very good result, because both Sammi's movie are beating each other. Hope "Love on a Diet" can beat the record of "Needing You". We are looking forward to it.

In yesterday's Sammi's Music Is Live Concert, 7000 audience didn't even call out or mention Andy Hui's name, because they know about the breaking up rumors and it could be true. In the concert, Sammi said her special guest, Gigi is a very doughty girl, she admire her for that. Sammi also said she was embarrassed when singing with Gigi, because Gigi was taller than her about the length of a head, so she always had to look up to see her. The reporters also called up Sammi and Andy's best friend, Dicky Cheung to ask him if he knows about his two best friends are breaking up. He said he never heard about they broke up, he don't believe it. He didn't hear Andy talk about it, so it is not true. Moreover, he said they never admit they were together.

June 22nd, it is Sammi's 903 Music Is Live Concert in Hong Kong. The special guests are LMF, Leo Koo, GiGi Leung and Yan Zi. Sammi wears a white V neck shirt and put up a pony tail, she looks very cute.

There are rumors saying that Andy Hui and Sammi are breaking up from their 10 years of love together. It is because they both are too busy on their work and they have no time to see each other. Also, because Andy Hui cannot tolerate all the rumors Sammi had with other actors such as Louis Koo, Nicholas Tse, and Richie Ren. Sammi didn't answer anything about the breaking up rumors, she said she never like to talk about her love relationships.

Sammi and Andy Lau attended the premier of the movie "Love on a Diet". Sammi wears an orange ballet kind of dress and is very attractive. Sammy's mom, dad and sister also came to the premier to support Sammi. They grab a lot of reporters attention. According to the accumulative of Sammy's movie box office from 1996 to now, 5 years of Sammy's movie box office had over 100 million. Sammi said is not just all her efforts, it needs all the people in the team's hard work to make a good movie. There are many other popular female guests went to the premier. The reporters ask why Andy Hui didn't went to support his so-called "Best Friend". He said he don't like to go to movie premiers, but he will go to see "Love on a Diet" this Thursday. Sammi filmed a new version of the SK II commercial, she was lucky that her skin was fine on that day. But now, she still had those little red stuff on her skin.

Sammi went to the rehearsal for the 903 Music is Live Concert which will be held in HK on 6/22/2001. Her special guest will be Leo Koo, Gigi Leung and Yan Zi. Sammy's face skin got affected, because of her fat look make-up for the movie. So Sammi did not put a lot of make-up on. She said this concert she will not change a lot of clothes, because she wants to give more attention to her music. Also, Sammi confirmed her renewal contract with Warner. Later on, they will make the announcement. There are rumors about Andy Hui and Sammi are breaking up, but Sammi would not say anything about this. Tonight, Sammi will attend the premier of her movie "Love on a Diet".

Sammi went to the movie "Fight For Love" celebration party with Niki Chow, Tony Leung did not attend. Sammi and Niki seem to be friends and they are talking to each other, the rumors said that they don't like each other is obviously not true.
